Abril Contreras Torres lives in Puerta Vallarta Mexico. She is part of a trio leading traditional Cacao Ceremony. Ten years ago she suffered an acute paralysis of the left side of her body. She found her healing through the deeply prized Mexican Plant: Cacao. In our interview she discusses what happened, how she found her life's purose and takes us into the history, mystery and medicine of cacao.
